3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google, Apple, or Facebook authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

4. Acceptable Use

• Use AI conversations for purposes that disrespect religious sentiments
• Share false birth information for report generation
• Resell or commercially exploit any content or services
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Circumvent app store policies or guidelines
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

While we strive to provide authentic and respectful representations of Hindu spiritual traditions, the AI responses are generated content and may not perfectly represent the actual teachings of the spiritual figures depicted.

6. Astrology and Numerology Reports

Our Astrology, Numerology, and Kundali reports are based on traditional Vedic principles and AI-generated interpretations. Please understand:

• Reports are for informational and entertainment purposes
• Accuracy depends on the birth information you provide
• Reports should not replace professional consultation with qualified astrologers
• Generated reports are automatically deleted after 365 days
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on report content

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on Sanatan365, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, AI models, and software, is owned by Raaj Agi (Opc) Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

By providing birth information and engaging in AI conversations, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services. You retain ownership of personal information you provide.

7.3 Generated Reports

Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit these reports.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment or subscription. By purchasing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Mobile app purchases are subject to Google Play Store or Apple App Store policies
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and app store guidelines
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

9. App Store Compliance

When using our mobile applications:

• You must comply with the applicable app store terms (Google Play or Apple App Store)
• The app stores are not responsible for the app or its content

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
