How to report a mistake

If you see a factual error, mis-cited scripture, wrong date, incorrect name, broken link, or misleading claim in any Sanatan365 article, please tell us. The fastest routes are our public channels — direct message on Instagram, reply on X (Twitter), or a comment on YouTube. For formal correspondence, use the registered office address on our About page.

Please include the article URL and, where possible, the sentence you believe is inaccurate. If the correction is scripture-based, a citation to the source we should have used is the most helpful thing you can send.

How we respond

Every correction request is logged internally against the article. If the reported issue is confirmed, we:

• Edit the article to fix the mistake.
• Update the visible Updated date and the dateModified field in the article’s structured data.
• Notify participating search engines via IndexNow so cached versions refresh.
• Where the correction is material (a fact was wrong, a date was wrong, a name was wrong), add a short correction note at the foot of the article describing what changed.

If we conclude that the article is accurate as written, we reply to the reporter explaining the sources we relied on. We do not silently ignore correction requests.

Unpublishing

In rare cases an article may be unpublished (moved to archived) rather than corrected in place — for example, when the underlying source is disputed enough that no confident version can stand. Unpublished URLs return HTTP 404 and are removed from our sitemap, and the removal is submitted to IndexNow.
